Yes, the whole process went smoothly, customer service was great, the staff was friendly, and the CEO was very nice. I received the doll on Friday, it was a little late but I’m already in love with her, she’s so cute and gives me comfort in bed, we’re already cuddling and sleeping together, she’s the best doll I’ve ever seen, I’m naming her Angel.
