Yes, it’s reliable. A brief review of the doll I purchased from this company. Delivery to my Texas home took a little longer than expected, but everything else went very smoothly. The doll finally arrived and she was in good condition and packaged the way I wanted, but her wig was the wrong color. I emailed them and they quickly got back to me with the correct wig. I am very happy with the doll (she is in excellent condition) and the customer service was great.
