Yes, the site did a great job. Everything went well and just over two weeks later, UPS delivered the doll. Overall, she was attractive, well-built and quite handsome. When I placed the order, I knew the weight of the doll. However, I underestimated how this would affect dressing, general handling and play. I chose this model because I wanted a big butt. If the manufacturer can reduce the weight without changing the proportions, that would be a great improvement.
